Delivery Policy

Nairobi

• Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 1:00 PM, subject to stock and location.
• Free basic fitment is offered on selected kit collected at, or delivered to, our Ngong Road build centre.
• Same-day windows can be affected by traffic, weather or extreme demand.

Mombasa & Coastal

• Coastal support is available through our Mombasa partner network — confirm stock before travel.
• Delivery to Mombasa town typically completes within 24 – 72 hours of order confirmation.

Upcountry & other counties

• We dispatch nationwide via courier or partner transporters.
• Transit time is typically 1 – 4 working days depending on destination.
• Delivery cost is quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.

Dealer dispatch

Approved dealers receive consolidated dispatches on agreed schedules. Terms are confirmed in the dealer onboarding agreement.

Risk & inspection

Customers should inspect deliveries on arrival and report any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note. Risk passes to the customer once goods are signed for.
